Our History

Seattle Deposition Reporters was founded in 1985 and is now the largest court reporting agency in the Northwest.  As of June 2005, we have 26 reporters, including eight specialists in realtime hookup and five full-time staff members.  Our size gives us the ability to provide reporters in response to last minute requests.

We are proud to have been nominated twice for the Small Business of the Year award by the City of Seattle Mayor 's Council.

We will do everything we can to ensure that your deposition goes smoothly. Our experienced reporters arrive on time and promptly deliver accurate transcripts.  When you schedule a deposition in one of our complimentary conference rooms, our staff will be ready to help you with faxing, copying, internet access, and other clerical needs, freeing you to do your job.

Our commitment to you does not end when you receive the transcript.  We maintain electronic copies of all transcripts in our secure archives, as well as proof of delivery, filing and signature status.  Need another copy of the transcript?  It is at your fingertips.  Interested in confirmation on reading and signing?  You will have the information promptly.
